Canadian Rockies chalets make travel fun. These resorts are great places to relax and enjoy the crisp mountain air. They are excellent places to stay and use as bases for a range of recreational activities. They can be luxurious or Spartan in style, but they are all surrounded by breathtaking scenery and interesting wildlife.

This region is known for its incredible scenery and its wonderful array of outdoor activities. Fishing, hiking, backpacking and canoeing are all activities one can enjoy during Canada's long summer days. Winter visitors can enjoy snowshoeing, snowmobiling and skiing. Each season offers new activities to partake of.

There are many cabins in British Columbia that are nestled amidst incredible mountain scenery. Some are placed near crystal clear lakes and streams and others are up in high meadows or along major highways. There are many different types of cabin experiences a visitor to this region can enjoy.

Craggy peaks are home to mountain sheep and mountain goats. Predators that roam the region include bears, wolves, cougars, and the Canada lynx. Bird watchers can be on the lookout for bald eagles, ptarmigans and spruce grouse among other species.

There are many places to stay in British Columbia. Cabins dot the landscape from Vancouver and Victoria Island all the way to the Alberta border. Each region of the province has its own feel and its own set of events and activities to enjoy.

Hikers, backpackers, kayakers and a whole range of outdoor enthusiasts find this region to be a great place to visit. There are many trails for hikers and backpackers to traverse and several high peaks to climb. Anglers can find rivers and lakes to cast a line in. Fly fishing is especially popular for trout, grayling and steelhead.

Canadian Rockies chalets give tourists an opportunity to enjoy modern amenities while also experiencing the thrill of camping in a wilderness like setting. It is seen by many as the best of both worlds. Reserving a room early is a wise choice as they can fill up very quickly. Summer season is busiest, but the Rockies have much to offer any time of the year. Each season brings its own set of joys and challenges.
